Gym Clothes - Stronger

Hey Guys,
since I moved to Dubai I really had to change my workout routine because my job is really different to my last in Germany. After working 9 hours I often feel so tired and hungry so that I am not able to do any workouts after work on weekdays. Therefore I started to use my two hours lunch break for my gym sessions. My gym is in the same building like my work and that´s why I try to go to the gym as often as possible during my break. For me it is really important so stay fit and do my workouts especially when I am sitting the whole day in the office. Fortunately, I don't need to sit in the office everyday because we often have some appointments outside or are on tour with our partners in different hotels. That is a nice mixture because I don't like to sit eight hours in the office every day. On the weekend I often go out for a run in the evening or do some workouts at home. I am a big fan of Youtube workouts and love to do them when I don't have so much time or when it is too hot outside.  Especially when I have a lot of work and don't have enough time to have a workout in the gym I make some short and straining workouts at home. Last week I tried an indoor cycling class at motion cycling in Dubai and I was really surprised that it was so much fun. I joined the class with one of my friends and we loved it. I am really sure that I will do this again. I also plan to join a yoga class in the morning during sunrise. In Dubai are a lot of free yoga classes outside and I am sure that I would be amazing. How do you manage your workout routine?

  2. Ich dachte frĂŒher auch immer dass ein Cycling nicht so toll ist. Nach einem Probebesuch war ich wirklich ĂŒberrascht wie toll es ist! :) Ich geh sonst auch nur ins Fitnessstudio.

  6. ohh da muss ich jetzt mal aufhorchen ... ich finde nĂ€mlich schon Fahrradfahren total doof ... vl wĂ€re Cycling aber doch was fĂŒr mich ;)

    am liebsten mag ich aber auch Yoga und Laufen :)

  7. Super schönes Sport Outfit! Wirklich Respekt, dass du das in deiner Mittagspause tust, dazu wĂŒrde mir definitiv die Motivation fehlen :D Ich versuche immer mein Sportprogramm schon morgens durchzuziehen, sonst wird das oft nichts :D
